📋 Overview

AIO POS ("the App") is a point-of-sale and business management app built for retail stores. This page explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built AIO POS to keep your business data under your control — most of it never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up.

📦 What Data the App Stores

When you use AIO POS to run your shop, you enter information such as:

• Products, categories, prices, and stock quantities
• Customer and supplier names, phone numbers, and balances
• Bills, invoices, payments, and expense records
• Your business name, address, and payment account details (for printing on receipts)

This data is stored locally on your device — inside the app itself. AIO POS does not send this data to the developer, and it is not shared with any third party, advertiser, or analytics company.

☁️ Google Drive Backup (Optional)

AIO POS offers an optional backup feature that saves a copy of your business data to your own Google Drive account, so you don't lose your data if your phone is lost, damaged, or reset.

• When you choose to connect Google Drive, you will sign in with your own Google account and grant the App permission using Google's "drive.file" scope — a limited, low-risk permission that only lets the App see and manage files it creates itself. AIO POS cannot browse, read, or access any of your other files, photos, or documents in Google Drive.
• Backup files are saved inside a single folder named "AIO Backup" in your own Google Drive.
• Only you can access these backup files. The developer of AIO POS has no access to your Google Drive, your backup files, or their content.
• You can disconnect this permission at any time from your Google Account settings ("Manage third-party access").

🚫 What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your business or customer data with anyone.
• We do not show ads inside AIO POS.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or messages beyond what you manually enter into the App.

🔑 Permissions the App May Request

• Storage: to save your business data, backups, and printed receipts on your device.
• Camera (optional): only if you choose to scan a barcode or attach a product photo — the App does not access the camera without your action.
• Google Account access (optional): only if you choose to enable Google Drive backup, as described above.

🧒 Children's Privacy

AIO POS is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

🗑️ Your Data, Your Control

You can export, back up, or permanently delete all your data at any time directly from within the App (Settings → Danger Zone). Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device, except for any backup files you previously saved to your own Google Drive.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. Changes will be posted on this same page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
